How to use:

Inhalation

• Diffuser - 6-8 drops
• Shower- 2-3 drops in the corner of the shower
• Steam - 2 drops into a bowl of warm water

Topical

• Massage - 50 drops per 100 ml carrier oil
• Hand/Foot Bath - 2 drops
• Compress - 2 drops
