How to use:

Inhalation

  • Diffuser - 6-8 drops
  • Shower- 2-3 drops in the corner of the shower
  • Steam - 2 drops into a bowl of warm water

Topical

  • Massage - 50 drops per 100 ml carrier oil
  • Hand/Foot Bath - 2 drops
  • Compress - 2 drop

Blends well with: Bergamot, black pepper, basil, cedarwood, fennel, citronella, frankincense, ginger, juniper berry, lavender, orange, palmarosa & ylang ylang.

Safety Precautions: Citrus oils can be photo toxic. If applying topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours to avoid photosensitivity.
